Hallowed Ground

I took this photo during a visit to Mount Saint Helens. I was struck by the beauty among the devastation. It has been several years since I painted oils. Normally I paint pastel. I had to relearn color mixing and application, patience. I’m pleased with the outcome and will do a few more.
