November 21 through December 12, 2025: The Arkansas Pastel Society (APS) 11th National Juried Exhibition will be at the Argenta Public Library Gallery at 420 Main Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The Opening Reception is Friday, November 21, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. The Award ceremony will be around 6:00pm. The reception coincides with the 3rd Friday Argenta Art Walk, featuring walkable galleries, restaurants, and shopping. Here is a link to the full show online. September 11 2025, through November 18, 2025: The Ozark Pastel Society (OPS) Member Exhibit will be held at the Arkansas College of Health Education (ACHE) Event Center at 1000 Fianna Way, Fort Smith, AR. July 1, 2025, through July 24, 2025: The Arkansas Pastel Society and Ozark Pastel Society Non-Juried Membership Show will be on display at the Thea Foundation in North Little Rock from Tuesday, July 1, through Thursday, July 24. The Opening Reception is Friday, July 18, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Everyone is invited to attend this event. November 15, 2024, through January 10, 2025: The Arkansas Pastel Society is excited to present its 2024 Juried Membership Show, on display at the ACANSA Gallery in North Little Rock from November 15, 2024, through January 10, 2025. You are warmly invited to the Opening Reception on Friday, November 15, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The reception will coincide with the Argenta Art Walk, a lively evening of walkable galleries, restaurants, and shops throughout the Argenta Arts District in downtown North Little Rock. Nancie King Mertz will present awards for Best of Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place, and Honorable Mentions during the reception.

Thursday, June 20, 2024 4:00pm – 7:00pm cst: “Generations” A Mother and Daughter Art Exhibition – Take 2! Evelyn and I are excited to announce that “Generations” will be on display at the newly renovated Rialto Community Arts Center in Morrilton, AR. We are thrilled to be a part of bringing art back to the community where we live. We will be adding a few new pieces to the exhibit. The exhibit will be on display from May 16, 2024 – July 12, 2024. The artists reception is on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 4 pm to 7pm and Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 4 pm to 7pm at the Rialto Community Arts Center Gallery, 215 E. Broadway Street, Morrilton Arkansas. This is also the evening of the Third Thursday Farmer’s Market.

Friday, December 15 2023: “Generations” A Mother and Daughter Art Exhibition – Generations is an exhibition that celebrates art and the special bond between mother and daughter through their love of art.   Generations is about sharing the love of art, imagination, and creativity and how this passion has been passed down through the generations of our family. The exhibit will be on display at the Gallery at the Argent Public Library from December 15, 2023 – January 4, 2024. The Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
